Introduction of Double shaft paddle feed mixer
1.double roller mixer is a dual horizontal shafts concrete mixer ,which can independently work,form the simple concrete stirring station together.
2.It can stir the hard concrete plastic concrete ,fluid concrete ,light aggregate concrete ,and various mortars,which is a kind of high-efficiency machine model ,and widely used.
3.After this machine uses in to stir the mix the material does the earlier period preparatory work for the shaper production. It mainly stirs evenly the blends,simultaneously plays presses the dense role.
4.It can mix the powder directly and efficiently, the raw material can be charcoal, coal, coal powder, charcoal powder, slime, middlings, coking coal, coke breeze, dusting ash, pond slob, fire coat, steel slag, iron fine power, aluminium ash powder, silicomanganese mineral powder, etc.
5. It mainly consists of casting, spiral shaft assembly, drive equipment, piping, cover plate, chain coverand other parts (see the random for figure), the concrete structure performace characteristics are as follows: the shell is mainly composed of plates and steel structure, welding forming within the manufacturing plant, and compared with other parts together, dual-axis mixer is supported. Shell sealed tight, there would be no fly ash or ash leakage to the publish.
