the wood briquette extruder machine is designed to press wood waste into bar of diameter50- 80mm and length 45-50cm.
If you need large capacity, one single machine can not meet your need, you can choose several sets of single machine, or use the automatic production line, the automatic production line have a large capacity ( from 800kg-2500kg/h),and it will save many workers and cost.
Our automatic line include the main machines and auxiliary Machinery .the main machine (several sets of single briquette machine) Auxiliary machine (material distributor, screw conveyor, belt conveyor, smoke disposal system, cool conveyor.

The final bio-fuel briquette is made by the advanced biomass briquetting machine. Almost all type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used, After the processing of drying, compressing under the high pressure and temperature, the biomass briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood. This bio-fuel briquette is 45-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole
through the body.
As the need of pollution free environment, the product has a large scope of marketing. The briquettes can be used as a substitute of any fuel in following fields :
Boilers : It can be used in the boilers of Paper Mills, Sugar Mills, Dyeing houses, leather, lamination industries, Vanaspati units, Food Processing Units, Oil Extraction Units, Solvent Extraction Plant and many other plants and industries..
Furnace & Foundries : It can be used for metal heating & melting (where melting point is less than 1000d/cel.)
Brick Kilns : It is the total, substitute of steam coal.
Residential & Commercial Heating : For winter heating in Cold areas and Hotels, Canteens, Cafeterias and house hold kitchen appliances etc.
3. working principle of briquette machinery ( the support machine of the charcoal making machine)
Using the intrinsic attributes of the wood material, by spiral extruding at high temperature, under high pressure, wood element in wood material becomes plastic and makes the fine fiber combine, and then stick solid fuel is formed.

The gas flow type wood charcoal carbonizing stove includes external stove, three inner stoves , and the 3ton hoisting tools.
After one inner stove finishes carbonization, the worker can hoist the inner stove out and leave it self cooling naturally. Meanwhile, the worker can put another inner stove into the external stove for carbonization. As u see, the gas flow type carbonizing stove is able to work consentaneously with remarkable production efficiency. usually, the totally line machine include: wood crusher, dryer, briquette machine and charcoal furnace, but there are different ways to making charcoal, we will according to your raw materials design the best way to producing charcoal.
3. what's the pressure of briquette machine, need binder?
the briquette machine pressure is 80T, there is no need any binder, the machine principle is high temperature and high pressure screw press.
4.For the charcoal furnace/stove, is there any smoke to pollute the environment?
there are the smoke during the process of making charcoal, but we have the smoke disposal system can reuse the smoke, during the process there will be combustible gas produce, it can use for the machine self.
