Hot air 50kg industrial vegetable and fruit drying equipment oven for dehydrating fruit
This is hot air vegetable and fruit drying equipment, which adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed to make the drying efficiency of the tray dryer increase from 3-7% of the traditional tray dryer to 35-45%, the highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%.

- This vegetable and fruit drying equipment machine is suitable for material and product hot solidification and dry or dehydrating dewatering in the food processing industry, fruit and vegetable processing industry, agricultural farming and sideline industry, seafood processing industry, medicinal pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, aquatic product, light industries, heavy industries and other industries.
- The raw material can be: powder, particle, crude drug, herbal medicine of Chinese traditional medicine,plaster, drinking agent, pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, de-watering vegetable, dried fruit slices, sausage, plastic, resin, electric component, baking varnish and etc.
Dried fruits: apple, lemon, berry, banana, plantain chips, kiwi, figs, pear, peach, pineapple, mango, jujube, plums.
Dried vegetable:mushroom, pepper, carrot, cabbage, red chilli, onion, tomato, potato, sweet potato, garlic, ginger, etc.
Dried nuts:cashew nuts, walnuts, peanuts, etc.
Dried seafood:sea cucumber, fish, sardines, shrimp, etc.
Dried beans: Cocoa beans, black beans, red beans, peas, etc.
There are two types of 50kg vegetable and fruit drying equipment
- Carbon steel outside and 304 stainless steel inside
- Fully stainless steel both outside and inside
Below are the stainless steel trolley and trays inside the machine
- There are wheels on the bottom of the trolleys so that people can move it in and out easily.
- There are wholes on the trays to increase the hot air contact area. We can customize different trays based on customers' need.
Temperature controller and axial flow fan
- Customers can set the drying temperature according to different materials' requirement. All the instructions are marked clearly in the controller.
1. What is the heat source available?
Heat source: electricity, steam, gas, steam+electricity
2. The temperature range can be set?
Operation temperature: The steam heating temperature is from50℃ -150℃. Electricity heating temperature is from 50℃-350℃. Customer should steam boiler or furnace if choose steam heating or gas heating.
3. Can the voltage be customized based on clients' need?
Voltage can be customized. So please kindly confirm _phase, _V, _Hz when send inquiry.

The drying time of this vegetable and fruit drying equipment will vary by different materials, moisture content, sugar content, local climate, etc.
