Acrylonitrile - butadiene - styrene copolymer (ABS) is a thermoplastic polymer material with high strength, good toughness and easy processing. ABS is a terpolymer of acrylonitrile, 1,3- butadiene and styrene. It can perform normally in the environment of -25ºC~60ºC, and has good formability. The processed product surface is smooth and easy to dye and electroplate. And can be mixed with a variety of resins blend. Now it's mainly used in alloys, plastics.
ABS resin is a yellowish solid with a certain toughness and a density of about 1.04~1.06 g/cm3. It is resistant to acid, alkali, salt corrosion ability is relatively strong, but also to a certain extent to tolerate organic solvent dissolution.
ABS resin electroplating can perform normally in the -25ºC~60ºC environment, and has good molding, the processed product surface is smooth, easy to dye and electroplating. Therefore, it can be used in household appliances, toys and other everyday products.

Application ABS engineering plastics have excellent comprehensive properties, excellent impact strength, good dimensional stability, electrical properties, wear resistance, chemical resistance, dyeing, molding and mechanical processing is better. ABS resin is resistant to water, inorganic salts, alkali and acid, insoluble in most alcohols and hydrocarbon solvents, and easily soluble in aldehydes, ketones, esters and some chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Good fusion with 372 plexiglass, made of two-color plastic parts, and can be surface chrome plating, paint processing.
High impact resistance, high heat resistance, flame retardant, reinforcement, transparency and other levels.
Fluidity is less than HIPS, better than PMMA, PC, good flexibility.
