Expanded Polystyrene (EPS), is a lightweight, rigid, plastic foam insulation material produced from solid particles of polystyrene. Expansion is achieved by virtue of small amounts of pentane gas dissolved into the polystyrene base material during production. Application
Expanded polystyrene with relatuvely low density(1.05 g/cm3),low thermal condectuvity,low water absorption,impact resistance,heat insulation,sound insulation,moistureproof,vibration damping and excellent dielectric properties,wideil used in mechanicalequioment,instruments and meters,household electric,crafts and other valuable products easily damaged,shockproof packaging materials as well as the fast food packaging.
Flame retardant EPS grades confer excellent processing and prperties Consistent raw bead and good fluidity of foamed bead Rapid expansion Relatlvely in second-time expansion.Excellent flame retardation with the US UL Product Security Certification.Wide range of operation and suitable for various block machines,automatic machines and manual presses.Fine cell,beautiful and flat appearance.Low shrinkage rate of block in molding.Recommended 40-70 expansion ratio to increase as per several-time expansion.
