Box Type Muffle Furnace
Application:
It is the periodical heating treating. It used in element determination and heating in heat treatment of small steel, such as hardening, annealing and tempering of laboratories, industrial mining enterprise, scientific research unit and colleges. The high temperature furnace could be used in high temperature heating of metal, sintering, dissolution and analysis of ceramic.
Features:
1. The case adopts high quality cold-rolled steel plate with the plastic spraying on the surface.
2. The medium-temperature box furnace adopts closed hearth, the spiral electric heating alloy wire as the beating component coiled in hearth.
3. High temperature tube resistance furnace adopts high temperature combustion and takes silicon carbide rod as heating component to set up in outer sheath and hearth.
4. High temperature box resistance furnace takes silicon carbide rod as heating component and set up in hearth directly.
5. The thermal insulation material of this kind of furnace adopts light foam insulating brick and alumina silica cellucotton.
6. The controller is divided into: a pointer type, intelligent, microcomputer-based multi-band temperature control.

We could send product samples to clients, but the sample product and the freight are charged.
What payment term does Medfuture China accept?
We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union and some of other payment methods. Usually, we prefer 100%T/T in advance, for special order, 40% of the total amount would be paid when place order, and the rest would be paid before shipment.
How long is the lead time?
7-14 preparation days are needed after receiving prepayment. Shipment period varies according the different destination, usually is 20-50 days. If it is urgent, air shipment or express delivery like TNT and DHL will be recommended.
How long is the validity of Medfuture China’s quotation?
Usually, the validity period of quotation is 30 days, but still depends on the changes of exchange rate and shipping cost.
Which port in China is the port of shipment?
Qingdao (Shandong) port (special requirement could be discussed)
How is the package of the product?
The equipment would be wrapped by soft materials to avoid vibration and would be packaged by wooden or cartoon boxes with water-proof plastic wrapper.
How is the inspection process before delivery?
Finished products will be inspected by our QC staff firstly, then will be checked by project manager. We also accepted third party inspection that arranged by clients.
