Introduction
This machine has dual function of expanding /flatting and, it is specially designed for tubular heat exchanger products. It adopts the unmanned design concept, innovatively applies the advanced 3D cross laser identification and positioning technology, and is guided by the robot to work automatically.
Features
The expansion tube and the flat mouth have dual functions in one, and the dual functions can independently set parameters without interfering with each other;
The innovative application of 3D cross laser recognition and positioning technology can meet the requirements of heat exchangers made of copper alloy, carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy and other materials;
The flat mouth machine adopts central pneumatic expansion and double alloy blade, which automatically calculates the actual cutting amount of each pipe and completes the cutting at high speed;
The precise torque setting of the expander can meet the requirements of stick expansion or strength expansion;
Optional single or dual 3D cross laser recognition sensors can reduce equipment costs when meeting requirements;
Equipped with Japanese FANUC high-precision robot, supports quick tool change, and has the functions of tube expansion, flat opening and welding;
