Introduction
This automatic tube sheet welding machine are used in nuclear (thermal) power, petrochemical, chemical, boiler and air conditioning industries. They adopt intelligent and unmanned design concepts, and apply advanced 3D cross laser recognition and positioning technology to accurately identify the 3D dimensions of pipe holes. Spatial position information, the 6-axis robot performs the precise positioning of the automatic welding torch for all-position tube sheets. It can operate continuously 7*24 hours, which greatly reduces the excessive dependence of enterprises on human skills, and saves a lot of human resources and manufacturing costs for enterprises. This series of products are equipped with high-precision, large-load, long-reach robots from Japan's FANUC company, and can be equipped with external coordinated axes, tool quick-change devices, etc., to realize multi-machine collaborative assembly line operations.

Features
The standard 6-axis industrial robot has powerful control functions, high motion accuracy, good flexibility, supports multiple bus communications, and can be connected to various digital management systems in the factory.
Through the accurate measurement of 3D cross laser, the relative position of the robot and the workpiece can be automatically adjusted, and there is no requirement for the placement of the workpiece;
Realize heat exchanger assembly line operation, multiple robot systems can be used in flexible combination, not only has high practicability, but also has a strong sense of technology in the workshop
Modular design, support later upgrade
The robot welding system and the expansion/leveling system can be switched arbitrarily;
Added automatic tungsten electrode replacement system;
Tungsten electrode quality automatic detection system, self-judgment whether it is necessary to replace tungsten electrode; add visual quality detection system, automatic detection of weld quality after welding.
