Under the specified conditions, heating the oil and when the oil temperature reaches a certain temperature, the mixture of the steam of the oil and the surrounding air will flash fire once it comes into contact with the flame. The lowest flash fire temperature is called the oil Flash Point Value.
KKSD-800 Series Automatic Cleveland Open Cup Flash Point Tester is manufactured according to the standard test method of Chinese national standards GB267 and GB3536 and ASTM D92. It is an ideal instrument for open flash point testing in petroleum, chemical, electric power, environmental protection, railway, scientific research and other departments.
KEY FEATURES:
1. Adopt new high-speed signal processor control, self-adaptive PID control algorithm, automatically adjust the heating curve according to the standard requirements.
2. With Built-in automatic atmospheric pressure detection chip, the tester can automatically measure the atmospheric pressure and correct the flash point.
3. Powerful data storage function, the tester can store up to 1000 test results, and historical records can be referred to at any time.
4. No gas source, using platinum alloy heating wire ignition method. Safe, stable, reliable, and high test accuracy.
5. Differential detection, automatic correction of system deviation, automatic stop detection and alarm when the temperature exceeds the value.
6. Ignition, detection, alarm, cooling, printing, all test steps are completed automatically.
7. Chinese and English interfaces are optional.
