Under the specified conditions, heating the oil and when the oil temperature reaches a certain temperature, the mixture of the steam of the oil and the surrounding air will flash fire once it comes into contact with the flame. The lowest flash fire temperature is called the oil Flash Point Value.
JSD-800 Series Fully Automatic Closed Cup Flash Point Tester is manufactured in accordance with the new standard method 1 of the China National Standard GB/T261-2021 "Determination of Flash Point Pensky-Martin Closed Cup Method" and the requirements of ASTM D93, widely used in petroleum, chemical, electric power, environmental protection, railway, scientific research and other departments. It is an ideal instrument for closed cup flash point testing.
Ø KEY FEATURES
1. Adopt new high-speed signal processor control, self-adaptive PID control algorithm, automatically adjust the heating curve according to the standard requirements.
2. Built-in atmospheric pressure automatic detection chip, atmospheric pressure automatic measurement, automatic correction and automatic correction of flash point value.
3. The automatic measurement of lifting, stirring, ignition, detection, alarm, cooling and printing instruments is completed.
4. Safe, no gas source, platinum alloy heating wire ignition method, safe, stable, reliable, and high test accuracy.
5. Differential detection, automatic correction of system deviation, automatic stop detection and alarm when the temperature exceeds the value.
6. Chinese and English interfaces are optional, and the instrument program can be upgraded when the national standard is revised.
7. Optional USB interface can export data to computer (optional).
8. Comes with 12 sets of data temperature point correction.
9. The temperature of the furnace body is automatically displayed, and the temperature of the furnace body can be checked at any time, which is convenient for the next sample making.
