Free Kit VVS series is screw-on couplings, commonly used for applications characterized by very high working pressures and peaks. Heavy duty internal components guarantee the maximum safety and reliability. Faster proprietary profile. Interchangeable with Faster VV series.

Materials:

1. Body: Carbon steel (Yellow zinc-chromate plating)

2.Seal:NBR

3.Thread: BSPP(G) or NPT female thread, other thread available for customized order

4.Wide Variety of Materials Available, we can design and change the coupling according to Customers' requirement

Features:

1.Heavy-duty design as standard, chrome plating treatment provides advanced anti-rust performance

2.Resistance damage from high flow and the pressure of impulse that providing advanced perfo rmance

3.Employsa threaded sleeve locking mechanism, mates with matching male threads on the nipple. The two halves must be manually threaded together for connection.

4.Assembled valve seal can permits full pressure connect and disconnect, without seal washout

5.Connect with pressure up to 5 MPA is possible

6.Interchange with Faster VVS Series

7.Disconnexion by unscrewing the two parts, shut off by poppet valve. This coupling is mainly applied for Agriculture, Industry, hydraulic tools, Earth moving, Building & Construction.
