The feeding port, bottom, flow port and other parts of aluminum melting furnace are usually short in life because of the frequent work and impact. However, the furnace wall and top of the liquid level net are still intact even in the maintenance period of the aluminum melting furnace.
The outlet of the aluminum melting furnace is located at the junction of the furnace wall and the bottom of the furnace, which undertakes the work of poking holes frequently. It is often the problem of abnormal furnace condition and slag formation at the bottom of the furnace, so that the life of the outlet brick is far shorter than that of other parts of the furnace lining.
As the material pile slowly did not enter the liquid surface, the melt below the liquid surface showed a solid-liquid mixture. After the level of liquid in the furnace, on the one hand, because of the reduction of the actual effect of heat conduction, the structure of aluminum melting resistance furnace on the other hand, by the necessity of heterogeneous phase conversion, the melting process becomes more and more slow, must take longer, consume a lot of heat.
In addition, the discharge temperature is also higher. When all the solid aluminum in the furnace is converted into liquid aluminum, the heat load of the melt must be greatly reduced, and the temperature of the liquid aluminum increases rapidly, so it is very easy to appear the melt overtemperature. The actual operation of refining and heat insulation requires less heat. The key to supply heat load is to fill the heat dissipation damage of furnace wall heat pipe.
