Application:
This equipment is applied to extract and concentrate effective ingredients from animals and plants and perfume oil and recycle solvent, especially in small or medium experiment and small production in hospital, large and medium colleges, scientific searching institution.
Advantage:
1) The equipment has the functions of heating and heat preservation. It is manufactured, pressure-tested and checked in accordance with the .
2) The standard specification from 100L to 7000L and order-design or order-manufacture are all available.
3) The joint is of quick-acting type in compliance with ISO standard. The inner part is made of SUS316L or SUS304. At the tanks body are respectively fluid level gauge (the mode is non-contact supersonic, static-pressure transmission or glass tube), breathing apparatus, sterilization steam opening,the rmometer (digital-indicated type or dial type), CIP universal tank-cleaning device, view mirror at lamp hole, some fluid inlets & outlets and herringbone hole.

The appearance and characteristics are very close to the low iodine value of linseed oil, but slightly greenish.
The approximate fatty acid composition is: 10.1% saturated acid, 16% oleic acid, 46% linoleic acid, and 28% linolenic acid.
The acid value is 3 mg KOH/g, the iodine value is 149-167, and the relative density is 0.925-0.933 (15/15 ° C). The freezing point is about 16 °C.
The main ingredients are glycerides of linoleic acid, linolenic acid and oleic acid.
Used in industries such as paints and soaps.
