Pharmaceutical Granules/particle ZS Series Vibrating Sieve
1.Principle:
ZS series vibrating sieve is suitable for in-line production. It is an ideal device for granule that has the uneven size to sieve continuously.
2.Descriptions:
The machine consists of a hopper, vibrating chamber, connecting shaft, an electric motor. The vibrating room consists of an eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft bearing and so on, it may be out of balance and cause eccentricity, and so that the materials form a regular eddy. The amplitude of the weight-adjusted may regulate by changing the different material and the meshed of screens. It is small in volume, tightness, dustless, noise-free, high output, low in energy consumption, easy to move and easy to maintain. The whole structure of the machine is compact, small in volume, no dust, low in noise, low in energy consumption in operating and maintenance.
