Product Description

The high-speed electric atomizer is a new mechatronics product. Its power ranges from 0.25kw to 30kW, and its rotational speed ranges from 10000 to 40000 rpm. Its speed is stepless adjustable.It has uniform mist particles and good atomization result. It is an ideal matching product of centrifugal spray dryer, environmental protection waste gas treatment equipment, high-speed centrifuge mechanical equipment and so on

Product features

1） The speed can be adjusted steplessly, and the best speed can be selected according to the characteristics of the dried materials. 2) The high speed motor directly drives the atomizing disc, small vibration, uniform spray and low noise. 3) The power is self-adjusting with the load, the temperature rise is low and the performance is stable. 4) Compact structure, small size, light weight, easy to operate, clean and easy to maintain. 5) The composite electric atomizer adopts water cooling and air cooling at the same time, and selects grease lubrication and oil lubrication according to the needs, which is more suitable for working under high temperature environment. At the same time, it has the functions of water cut-off, AIR-OFF, over-current and over temperature alarm, with more stable performance.

APPLICATION

Chemical Industry: sodium fluoride (potassium), basic dye pigment, dye intermediate, compound fertilizer,formaldehyde silicic acid, catalyst, sulfuric acid, amino acid, white carbon black, etc. Plastic resin: AB, ABS emulsion, urea formaldehyde resin, phenolic resin, rubber (urea) formaldehyde resin,polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and so on. Food industry: milk powder, prion, cocoa milk powder, milk replacer, egg white (yolk). Pharmaceutical intermediates: Banlangen, ginsenoside, Ganoderma lucidum spore powder, Astragalus membranaceus, Yinhuang, ginkgo flavone, etc. Food and juice: oats, chicken juice, coffee, instant tea, spices, meat, protein, soybean, peanut protein,hydrolysate, etc. Sugar: corn syrup, corn starch, glucose, pectin, maltose, potassium sorbate, etc.

Ceramics: alumina, ceramic tile materials, magnesium oxide, talc, etc.

Q: Where is your factory?
A: We are located in Changzhou City which about 150km away from Shanghai.

Q: What’s the quality control procedure?
A:We have an experienced technical team to support and provide solutions to meet the project requirements of our clients. We are certified with ISO9001 quality management system. We are following a strict quality control procedure to ensure the product quality.

Q: What is the warranty period?
A: 24 hours timely response of mail and phone calls. The warranty period for non-artificial damage is 1 year after delivery of goods.

Q: What is the payment term?
A: Our regular payment term is: 30% TT in advance, 70% TT before shipment.

Q: Does your price include freight?
A: Our usual price is based on FOB Shangha. We can provide CIF quote upon request.

Delivery Terms	FOBShanghai. The delivery time is 50 working days from advance payment received and technical drawings confirmed.
