SED-320GP-E high speed roller-plate blister packing machine adopts leading quality, good capability, all-round function, good reliability and high productivity. It adopts auto-controlling technology and uses new material, new craft, and new technology to make the structure more reasonable.
SED-320GP-E combines the advantages of good forming of flat pattern packing machine and high speed of roller pattern machine. The forming could be done in low speed through reasonable speed matching. And the sealing station, compressing station and punching station could achieve a speed of 120 cuttings per minute. High speed is with perfect function.
This series machine is at high precise and the latest roller and plate type blister packing machine, developed by our company. It applies to pharmaceutical industry, food industry, medical appliance and electronic area. It is suitable for packing capsules, tablets, milk pieces, candy, electronic element and similar materials.

High-speed vibrating feeder (leading technology)
The debugging is simple and the operation is convenient. The vibrating disc supports macro adjustment, and can be directly adjusted by hand without a wrench. The vibrating disc is aligned with the feeding plate. The feeding accuracy is 99.99%, and each tube can reach 500-600 capsules per minute, without the need of manual feeding.
Ergonomic design, spacious feeding platform
The guide board of the feeding table adopts a flat design, flat and easy to operate and clean.According to actual needs, disc brush feeder, vibrating feeder, or capsule orderly turning feeder can be selected.
Easy and convenient replacement of PVC and aluminum foil
The inflatable expansion shaft is adopted, and the operation is simple and easy when replacing PVC and aluminum foil. At the same time, the tension is great to avoid problems such as paper scraps caused by side pressure fixed shaft slides due to insufficient compression force.
Dislocation punching saves over 50,000 USD in packaging materials annually.
The punching die is made of cemented carbide steel, processed by EDM and then nitrided. The hardness can reach HRC58-62, and it is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.Dislocation punching is used, with non-scrap edge horizontally and 1mm scrap edge vertically. The punched plate has no horn edges. The annual saving of packaging materials is more than 50,000 USD.
The double-cam tension and compression structure is adopted, and the upper and lower molds are pressed smoothly, which avoids the air leakage caused by the side deviation of the top pressure structure.
The upper and lower molds are made of special hard aluminum, can greatly improve product quality and production efficiency.
Siemens PLC system is adopted, and Schneider touch screen HMI operation is intuitive and clear.
The station is of imported brand ACJ and located before feeding.
The station is of Dalsa brand, with 1.3 million pixels, color display, applicable for aluminum-plastic and aluminum-aluminum, and easy to operate.
The batch number device adopts a double cam structure, and the batch number is printed clearly without punching through the aluminum foil.
