Applications
power frequency resonance testing transformer is mainly used for AC voltage withstand testing
of power cables, power generator sets. power capacitors, and the test samples with large
capacitance. It is Suitable for manufacturers such as power plant, cable factory, and power capacitor
factory.

testing of hlgh voltage equipment wth large capacitles,
Featu
1 Adjust the air gap of the iron cores so as to change inductance of the set SO as to achieve
resonance wth test samples with large capacltance..
2Jhe required power supply capacities is only I/Q of the output capacities.
3.1ts weight is about 1/5-1/10 of the traditional power frequency testing transformer.
4,There is no transient over voltage in case of breakdown of test sample,
5.Wlde application range. much flexible on-site application. and large scope of test sample
capacitance
6,1n case of breakdown of test sample, the conditions of resonance damaged, the short-circuit
current can fall to the minimal value automatically. so there is small short current passing through the
fault point
7 Fitted with rectifier set, it may act as DC voltage withstand test set
8. Fitted with proper compensate capacitors, it maybe used for stage AC voltage
withstand tests on integrated capacitors (single-phase max 10000kVar, three-phase max
20000kVar). For hydraulic Dower aenerator. caoabilitv upto 600MW, for thermal power
generating unit, the capacities up to 900MW.
