explain
Tps27081a is a high side load switch, which integrates a power pFET and a control NMOS in the micro package.
Tps27081a has industry standard ESD protection on all pins, so as to provide better ESD compatibility with other onboard components.
Tps27081a can convert the level of on / off logic signal to VIN level, and supports CPU or MCU Logic as low as 1.0V to control higher voltage power supply without external level shifter.

As shown in Figure 2, connect a resistor R2. An external capacitor C1 can be added to further limit the inrush current.
To configure tps27081a to obtain a specific conversion rate, refer to the application information section. Standby power switching applications that do not require control of inrush current require a single pull-up resistor R1. In such applications, connect tps27081a pin R2 to system ground.
