FREE-VALVE’s Stainless Steel butt weld End Low Temperature Cryogenic Globe Valves are specially designed for gas treatment processes and storage and transportation of liquefied gasses,such as LO2,LN2 ,LAr,LNG etc.
Features :
1. The extended valve bonnet with sufficient gas column length, usually specified by customer, to keep stem packing at sufficient distance away from the cold fluid and make the valve open and close flexibly.
2.The packing adopts flexible graphite or PTFE combined structure, which has good low temperature resistance performance.
3.The sealing ring adopts reinforcing PTFE ,which could keep the valve tight sealing performance at the lower temperature
4. Small valve opening and closing stroke and need less working space.
5.All parts adopt liquid nitrogen for low temperature pretreatment, completely avoid sealing deformation and leakage during usage
