The Model 3990-03 is a portable compact aerosol generator, which an on-hoard air compressor supplies the necessary pressure for producing a poly-disperse oil aerosol. No other attaching air source requested. When it's total output at 23psi (158KPa) and as under this Max. pressure is diluted by 50~2000 cfm (85~3396m³/h) of air, the aerosol concentration will be  approximately 10~100μg/l for available generating.

This aerosol generator providing a wide range of aerosol concentrations, it's recommended for testing systems with air-flows of 2,000 cfm (3396m3/h) and lower. It is ideal for workstations, small or portable clean-rooms, bio-safety cabinets, ceiling modules, or HEPA filter units in installation where an adequate supply of clean, compressed air is readily available. The generator combining with aerosol concentration tester ( Photometer or Particle Counter) are used to integrity test or locate leaks in high efficiency air filtration systems by comparing the aerosol concentration between upstream and downstream of the test system.
