FKM TC Oil Seal
The TC oil seal consists of a rubber-coated metal cage, a main sealing lip with integrated spring and an additional anti-contamination sealing lip. The function of the rubber seal is to prevent the leakage of the medium along the moving parts.
TC oil seal is a kind of seal used by machinery to seal oil. From the sealing function, characteristics, structure type, working state and sealing mechanism of skeleton oil seal, it can be divided into various forms and different names.
TC oil seals are generally made of NBR nitrile rubber, FKM fluorine rubber, and HNBR hydrogenated nitrile rubber. Among them, the most commonly used TC oil seals are NBR and FKM.
TC Oil Seal Features
1. NBR TC oil seal is the most commonly used sealing material. It has good heat resistance and good resistance to oils, salt solutions, hydraulic fluids, and gasoline, diesel and other gasoline products. Recommended operating temperature is -40°C to 120°C. It also works fine in dry conditions, but only for intermittent periods.
2. FKM TC Oil Seal is characterized by oil resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance, acid and alkali resistance.
