Introduction

The wide band oxygen sensor LSU is a planar ZrO2 dual cell limiting current sensor with an integrated heater. It is used to measure the oxygen content and the λ-value of exhaust gases in automotive engines (gasoline and diesel). Its monotonic output signal in the range of λ=0.65 to air makes the LSU capable of being used as an universal sensor for λ=1 measurement as well as for other λ ranges.

Petrol Vehicle Emission Monitoring

Cubic automotive oxygen sensors use ceramic sensitive components to monitor automobile exhaust oxygen content in the electronic fuel injection system, and convert the oxygen content into an electrical signal that is transmitted to the ECU, which allows the engine to achieve the target of excess air factor (λ= 1) in a closed-loop; Ensure the maximum conversion efficiency for hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NOx) in the exhaust, and maximum conversion and purification of emission pollutants.


Diesel Vehicle Emission Monitoring

Cubic nitrogen and oxygen sensor is used to detect the content of nitrogen oxides (NOx) in engine exhaust. It is a gas sensor made of solid electrolyte ceramics and nitrogen oxide sensitive electrode materials, using semiconductor technology to detect nitrogen oxides. The nano-composite structure on the surface of the electrode achieves extremely highselectivity of nitrogen oxide molecules. It can be used in the closed-loopcontrol of nitrogen oxides in the SCR system of diesel engines, or in theon-board diagnostics (OBD) of gasoline and diesel engines.


Motorcycle Emission Monitoring

The motorcycle oxygen sensor monitors whether the oxygen content in the engine exhaust is excessive in real time, and converts the detected concentration into a voltage signal, then transmits it to the engine ECU to ensure that the three-way catalytic converter has the maximum conversion efficiency for the three pollutants of hydrocarbons (HC), carbon monoxide (CO) and nitrogen oxides (NOX) in exhaust gas, which can transform and purify the emission pollutants to the greatest extent, and realize the closed-loop control of the engine.
