3:Dewatering Principle

After the sludge is concentrated by gravity in the thickening zone, it's transported to the dewatering zone. During the moving process, the filtration gap and the pitch gradually become smaller and under the blocing effect of the end plate, large internal pressure is generated and the volume is continusously reduced. Thus to achieve full dehydration.
