Product Introduction
TPBGS series Rotating Arm Mechanical Bar Screen is a kind of device which can continuously and automatically remove dirt of various shapes in the fluid, aiming at solid-liquid separation. It can be widely used as a special equipment in textile, leather, pharmaceutical, food, water plant, power plant and other industries. The structure of the equipment is reasonable, and it can effectively remove fine suspended organisms and impurities in the water, such as grass, garbage, fibrous materials and other debris, to prevent them from entering the water pump and subsequent equipment, and ensure the normal operation of the water pump and other equipment.
The equipment is mainly composed of frame, main shaft, rotating mechanism, arc-wedge filter screen, slag cleaning brush, etc. During operation, the slag cleaning brush slowly rotates around the horizontal axis installed at the curvature center of the arc-shaped wedge-shaped filter screen to remove the intercepted dirt on the filter screen.
