It is very high speed,by automatic start rewinding,when the gluing is done by manually,all step will be automatic fulfill,include automatic stop when reach length set,automatic exchange to the shaft.automatic cut off the finished roll.

Installation steps
Install the parent roll, pump up the air with an inflator, and fix the parent roll in a proper position
Adjust the air pressure The general air pressure adjust to 0.4-05Mpa
Pull the red hand valve (#5 Roller pressure hand valve) outward and lift the pressure roller. The aluminum foil is pulled directly to the front. Then pull back the red hand valve.
When the left and right chucks are close to the roller, make sure that they are all aligned. If one side is not against the
roller, please adjust the screw at the bottom of the arm

Step on the foot switch with your foot, move the chuck to the left, and release the foot switch after inserting the paper core
