Semi automatic cardboard slitter scorer machine carton making machinery
Ø This machine is an improvement to process in originally foundation.With nin-shaft design to diversify its function and purpose , simplify the operation and shorten the time required for the change of single adjustable.
Ø It provided with worm-gear box regulation to have a more accurate depth of paper press .The blade part is driven by independent gear and adjusted by ratchet wrench . It is also equipped with ruler to shorten the time required for blade adjustment.
Ø Blade sharpening is under auto-adjustable and full-electric control , with time set automatically according to the condition of production and selection for semi-automatic and full-antomatic operation.
Ø The unit includes paper feeding, slitting pre-press and creasing, with lower paper roller, to meet the requrements of different cartons on slitting and creasing.
Ø The shield is lifted by pneumatic rod . If the shield is opened , the general power supply of the machine is cut off and the alarm lamp and the operation indicator inside the shield light on to provide sufficient lighting at night.

LCL : Normal package is wooden box (size : L×W×H). Wooden box will be fumigated . We use strong export stander wooden box pack all machine ,in this case ,machine can be protected very well.
FCL : Machine is to heavy or big , we can choose full container loading . we use PE Film packing then loading to container .
Others : According to customer’s special request .
1. We need to test the machine working condition before delivery to customer country.
2. If you need our engineers install and teach you how to operate machine, we also can send our engineers to your country, but need you bear all fee: tickets, food, hotel and salary.
3. Our machine has one year warranty, during this period, if problems caused by our machine quality, we will change all parts for you by free .
