Applicable materials:
This drip coffee bag packaging machine is suitable for disposable packaging of inner and outer bags of small particles such as hanging ear coffee, tea, herbal tea, health tea, and plants. Hanging ear coffee is also called: ear-hook coffee, brewed coffee, follicular coffee, drip coffee, and the like.
Features:
1. Adopting a special hanging ear filter, three-side sealing, hanging directly on the edge of the cup, the coffee brewing effect is better, and the bag shape is beautiful, which is very popular in foreign markets.
2. This machine has the functions of automatic bag making, metering, filling, sealing, slitting, counting and printing batch number.
3. The precise control system is used to adjust the movement of the whole machine. The structure is compact, the man-machine interface is designed, the operation is convenient, the adjustment is easy, and the maintenance is easy.
4. The inner bag length is driven by servo motor, the positioning is accurate, and the bag length is stable. The outer bag is positioned by photoelectric switch, and the film is stepped to make the bag length accurate and beautiful.
5. The inner bag is a non-woven ear bag, which is convenient and hygienic. The sealing adopts advanced ultrasonic sealing, which has good sealing effect and beautiful bag shape.
6. It adopts screw metering and accurate weight, which can be packaged to 12g; all parts that can be contacted are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure the product is hygienic and reliable.
Product Features:
1. The outer sealing paper is controlled by stepper motor, and the bag length is stable and the positioning is accurate;
2, using PID to adjust the temperature controller, the temperature control is more accurate;
3, using PLC to control the movement of the whole machine, man-machine interface display, easy to operate;
4. All parts that can be contacted are made of SUS304 stainless steel to ensure the product is hygienic and reliable;
5. Some working cylinders use original imported parts to ensure the accuracy and stability of their work.
6. The attachment of the machine can complete functions such as flat cutting, date printing, and easy tearing.
