Corrugated cardboard making single facer machine
Structure and Features
1.Adopt suction structure with high pressure strong fan. Air suction device with sound, the air source and electrical control are on the same operation counters, the distance from the host machine will not be less than 1.5 meters, operating side closed all the hood.
2.Engine base and wallboard adopt cast iron structure,the thicknes of wallboard is 130 mm. Independent gear box, gimble transmission.
3.Corrugated roller adopts 48 CrMo alloy steel,treated by tempering,laser quenching and surface polishing. Corrugated roller diameter is diameter 280 mm, surface hardness is above HRC60 degrees. The bearings of the corrugated roller and pressure roller in the key part use in wafangdian high temperature resistant bearing.
4.Pressure roller is diameter 280 mm, surface is grinded and processed by chromium; Cylinder control moving,the material is medium-carbon steel 45, quenching and tempering treatment (with buffer device).
5.Glue wallboard adopts slide structure, pneumatic control the glue, glue roller diameter is diameter 215mm surface is treated by polishing and hard chromium plating.The glue-scraping roller surface is polished and treated by hard chromium.
6.Pressure cylinder uses diameter 200 mm cylinder.
7.Preheating roller adopts diameter 300 mm seamless steel tube , all with metal hose connection.
