Introduction to Continuous carbonization furnace:
This is continuous carbonization furnace .The environmentally-friendly continuous carbonization furnace is a carbonaceous wood material such as wood chips, rice husks, peanut shells,coconut shell, plant straws, and bark.The ideal equipment for dry distillation, oxygen-free carbonization and high carbonization rate under high temperature conditions in the furnace.
The machine reasonably adopts the advanced technology of recovering, purifying and circulating combustion of flammable gases such as carbon monoxide, methane and oxygen generated during the carbonization process.Fully self-sufficient, improve the continuity and economy of equipment, and make full use of the residues of agriculture and forestry.This machine is equipped with: biomass gasifier, flue gas purifier, fan, self-matching gas burner, carbonization furnace, etc.
