1.The wood carbonization stove is our new invention . The inner pot can be hanged outside which will save a lot of cooling time, so the productivity effect increases a lot. It is the ideal choice for mass production of charcoal.
2.This wood carbonization stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization , 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying.
3.The wood carbonization stove is energy-saving type which includes furnace body, inner pot, cover, top of inner pot and smoke recycling pipe.

Applicable for heat treatment for metal parts in natural atmosphere or protective atmosphere.
The Carbonization stove (gas flow type),which this furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quantity of heat consumption. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, which also greatly increase carbonizing ratio (increased from about 88% to 99%) improve the quality of charcoal, and reduce the production cycling time ( from 24 hours to 6 hours). Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar.
