Brief Introducttion of the product
It is used to charring wood briquettes into the charcoal briquettes. This charcoal carbonization furnace is toist type and owns 1 inner pot which can be hanged out . It makes most use of the smoke and air which is environmental. Besides, the inner pot can be hanged out in this way , a lot of the cooling time could be saved. The carbonization furnace also equiped with the crane and the system of collecting bar and wood vinegar which would be no harmful for environment.
Working principle of Hoist type charcoal carbonization furnace:
The kind of carbonization stove adopts the high-temperature dry sliding carbonization technology to make the manmade briquette or other material to charcoal briquette. It is equipped with hyperpoild high temperature stream cooling system, and the process of cooling can be accelerated to speed up the period of the production. Moreover, the stove adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. And 60% of the redundant smoke can be used in drying and carbonizing, saving much fuel during the whole process, and increasing the enterprise revenue.
