Introduction to Flotation Machine:
Flotation machine selects materials because of the recycling of ore pulp and low pressure air breathed in. It is an advanced preparation device. It can be used for sorting non-ferrous metals, non-metallic minerals.
Structure of Flotation Machine:
Mix type flotation machine adopts “U” type cell body, hollow shaft breathing
equipment, and suspended stator, especially, a new type of impellor which
likes a high speed running centrifugal pump impeller. Its structure is simple
and it is low energy consumption. There is a round air distributor with many
holes in the impeller chamber, which can make air disperse evenly around
many areas of the impeller so that the contact surface of pulp and air is large.
Performance Characteristics:
1. The technology of mix type flotation machine is advanced. Its using age is long.
2. Flotation machine has a big production capacity. Besides, its energy consumption is low.
3. There is no mud phenomenon when it is working. Besides, it has high flotation efficiency.
4. Simple operation. Convenient maintenance.
Features:
When flotation machine is working, the pulp in the cell is breathed from
the surrounding in the between of impellers. At the same time, the low
pressure air blew by air blower enters in though air distributor too. Pulp
and air mixture totally, and then enter into the cell from the impeller.
When bubbles rises foam stability region, they are collected together
and flow out into bubble cell. Some other pulp flows towards the bottom
of impeller, and is mixed by impeller with air again to form mineral laden
bubbles. The rest will flow towards next cell until leaving tailings.
