Ultrasonic spray (atomization) is the use of the energy of ultrasonic energy to break up the water or liquid to form a few m to 100 multi-micron size of small particles. Unlike traditional spray nozzles that rely on pressure and high-speed motion to disintegrate liquid into small particles. And ultrasonic spray heads use liquid ultrasonic atomization with low ultrasonic vibration energy. The liquid can be delivered to the spray head by self-gravity or low-pressure liquid pumps for continuous or intermittent atomization.
Advantages and Prospects
• Compared with traditional pressure spray nozzles, the nozzle of the liquid supply channel and the hole is relatively large, so as to achieve non-clogging spray.
• The size of the atomized particles is essentially a function of the operating frequency, the higher the frequency, the smaller the atomized particles.
Application:
For air humidification, liquid granulation, mixing, and promote chemical reactions, spraying and other purposes.
