Silencing Check Valve
The function of the silencing check valve is to prevent the flow in the opposite direction and only allow the medium to flow in one direction. Usually this kind of valve works automatically. Under the action of the fluid pressure flowing in one direction, the valve flap opens; when the fluid flows in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure and the self-coincidence of the valve flap act on the valve seat, thereby cutting off the flow. It is not suitable for medium containing solid particles and high viscosity. We also produce cast iron valve.
Features:
1. The valve disc adopts a "bullet" shape design, and the valve body adopts a "waist drum" shape design to improve the flow direction of the medium and reduce the flow resistance coefficient.
2. The valve adopts short structure, small size and low price.
3. Compact structure, non-metallic lubrication sleeve is installed between the guide shaft and the guide frame, the valve flap can be raised and lowered flexibly, and no lock phenomenon will occur.
4. The skeleton type rubber sealing ring is directly inlaid on the valve body, which avoids the direct erosion of the sealing ring by the medium for a long time, and the service life is obviously prolonged, and it is strong and durable.
5. The valve flap has a short opening and closing stroke, which can effectively prevent water hammer from occurring.
