Feature:
The static mixer is a non-power efficient mixing equipment with very wide range of availability.
With only few energy of the fluid to be converted to a mixed energy and by means of the
precisely designed blades, the fluid will enter into the mixer tube, and result in the functions
of split, reversed, mixed and rectifier so to achieve a perfect dispersion and mixture purpose.
Compared with the traditional mixer, Static Mixer is with compact structure, low energy
consumption, less investment, flexible operation and no maintenance requirement. We can
supply with SS304 or SS316L material.
Operation principle:
The Static Mixer does not require any external energy. Instead, the fluid mixture is just by
meansof the kinetic energy & potential energy of the fluid itself. Also, the blades inside the
tube can make the fluid right & left rotation, constantly change the flow direction and thus
make the fluid mixed fully and effectively.
SK Static Mixer is the one channel of right & left twisted spiral pieces being welded by 90
degrees dislocation. With the feature of not easy to be blocked, it is very suitable for the
mixture of high viscosity of substances – viscosity more than 10 6mPa·S, or the process of
extraction, absorption, reaction, coloring & heat transfer.
Performance:
The highest level of dispersion is ≤10μm, and the uneven coefficient is a √X ≤1 ~ 5% for
the mixture of liquid – liquid phase, liquid – solid phase. Can be applied to the process of
mixing, reaction, extraction, absorption, color and heat transfer in chemical, petroleum,
pharmaceutical, food, fine chemicals, plastics, etc
Good Efficiency SS304 Static Mixer for Tap water dosing is a kind of no efficient mixing equipment movement, by mixing unit is fixed on the inner part of the tube, so that two or more strands of fluid cutting, shear, rotation and re mixed fluid reached between good dispersion and fully mixed.
The mixing process of static mixing is conducted by a series of different sizes of mixing units which is installed in the hollow pipe. Since the function of the mixing units, the fluid sometimes turn left, sometimes turn right, changing the flow direction, not only pushing the central fluid towards the periphery, also pushing the surrounding fluid towards the center, resulting in a good radial mixing. this mixer doesn’t have moving parts, replying on the special structure of units and fluid movement, so that the immiscible fluid dispersed and mixed with each other.
SV - type static mixer
The SV unit is composed of a corrugated plate cylinder, assembly of certain specifications into technical characteristics: the highest degree of dispersion is 1-2mm, liquid phase and gas phase uniformity coefficient: s X = 1 ~ 5%. Suitable for mixing and emulsifying viscosity is less than or equal to 102 centipoise liquid-liquid, liquid gas, gas, reaction, absorption, extraction, heat transfer process.
DH is less than or equal to 3.5 for the viscosity of the cleaning medium is less than or equal to 102 centipoise
The application of DN is more than 5 media can be accompanied by a small amount of non bonded impurities
SK - type static mixer

The small flow and high viscosity medium mixed with impurities or viscosity less than 106 centipoise become applicable.
SX static mixer
Many elements of type X unit consists of a cross bar according to a certain law characteristics: uneven mixing degree is less than or equal to 1 ~ 5% s X. Suitable viscosity is less than or equal to 104 centipoise in high viscosity liquid - liquid reaction, mixing, mixing, absorption reaction process or production of polymer fluid, the use effect is better when processing large amount.
SH - type static mixer

The utility model is suitable for mixing chemical, petroleum, oil and other industries viscosity less than 106 centipoise or with the polymer medium, at the same time, the operation of heat transfer and heat transfer of the mixed heat exchanger, heating or cooling units such as viscous products.
