TYA vacuum mobile oil filtration unit is applicable for various kinds of industrial oils , such as hydraulic oil, gear oil, engine oil, coolant oil etc, and edible oils such as cooking oil, coconut oil, soybean oil, avocado oil etc. It can be made of stainless steel when the final oil used for food grade oils. It removes solid particles, water, mud and blockage of oil degradation, various gases all-in-one. 

It is used independently, but customers also buy it to equip other equipment. Some customers buy it for pre-treatment process in waste oil distillation and recycling line, which creates much higher recycling efficiency.

When equipped with our decoloring device, it can remove the color (optional).

1.Degassing, dehydration and filtration of oil with variable oil flow rate in one or several passes
2.Adopt back washing system which can clear impurities automatically.
3.Double primary filter structure, large capacity for holding particles, multi-stage filtration system to ensure high filtration precision
4. We uses stainless steel filter element which is anti-corrosive with high precision of eliminating impurity and long service life. Also, it has a large volume for holding impurities.
6. Adopts 3D-Evaporation technical and thin film evaporation, which can separate the trace water, soluble water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology.
