The mobile phone directional drop tester is suitable for testing the durability of the shell and the resistance (heavy) drop of the internal structure. It is used to evaluate the impact of accidental drops on product performance when the product is actually used by the customer. It is suitable for small electronic products such as mobile phones, PADs, e-books, and electronic dictionaries for drop tests in specified directions or locations. The system uses a touch screen to communicate with the PLC, controls the brake stepper motor to drive the clamping clip on the drop mechanism to rise and fall, and cooperates with the release action of the decoupling device and the fixture to achieve the drop test
