Filter Element Application:
The inverted plate filter is installed on the pressure pipeline of the hydraulic system to filter out the mechanical impurities mixed in the hydraulic oil and the colloid, asphaltene, carbon slag, etc. produced by the chemical change of the hydraulic oil itself, so as to prevent the valve core from jamming, the blockage of throttle hole gap and damping hole, and the rapid wear of hydraulic components.
The filter has good filtering effect and high precision, but it is difficult to clean after blocking, so the filter element must be replaced. The filter is equipped with a differential pressure transmitting device. When the filter element is polluted and blocked until the differential pressure at the inlet and outlet is 0.35Mpa, the switch signal is sent. At this time, the filter element is replaced to protect the safety of the system.
The filter element of the filter is made of glass fiber, paper or metal mesh. It has high filtering precision, large oil passing capacity, small original pressure loss, large pollutant holding capacity, etc. its filtering precision is calibrated by the filtering precision, the filtering ratio is 3, 5, 10 and 2000, and the filtering efficiency is 99.5%.
Filter Element Features:
1. The filter is directly installed on the pressure pipeline of the system. The plate connection mode is adopted, which is simple to install and convenient to replace the filter element.
2 when the filter element is blocked and the pressure difference between inlet and outlet reaches 0.35Mpa, the transmitter sends a signal. At this time, stop the machine and replace the filter element in time to protect the safety of the system.
3. The filter has good filtering effect and high precision, but it is difficult to clean after blocking, so the filter element must be replaced.
4. The filter element adopts paper and new chemical fiber filter material, which has high filtering precision, large oil filtering capacity, small pressure loss and large pollution holding capacity.
