Spoutless Carton Liner Bag in Box Filling and Packaging Line for Semi-Liquids
The finished product is a spoutless bag in box, different from a standard bag-in-box which is with a spout and fitment. The line erects cartons and seals bottoms, inserts and lines open-top bags in cartons by one each to form bag-in-box, fills product, heat-seals the bag tops and seal the box top. Fully-automatic Erect-Line-Fill-Seals packaging line.
This line is designed for packaging liquids like margarine, butter and cream with spoutless bags in boxes. This bag in box filling and packaging line includes a carton erector, a carton lining machine (lining bags in erected cartons by one each), a filling machine, a liner bag sealer, a carton sealer and conveyors. The cartons can be sealed with tape or hot melt glue.
The carton lining machine inserts a poly bag in a box, opens and folds the bag top over the box top. The lining machine reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.
The liner bag sealer takes the folded bag top off the box top, then folds it inwards from sides, vacuumizes the bag (optional), heat-seals the bag top and then folds it in the box.
