Case Erector and Bag Inserter for Forming Lined Cartons
Case erector and bag inserter. This lined carton forming line erects cases and seals bottoms, inserts poly bags in cases by one each from a roll stock film, opens and cuffs the bag over the case flaps, blows air to extend the bags to fit on the internal wall of cases better to form lined cases ready for filling products.
This line includes a case erector and a poly bag inserter (also called case lining machine).
1. Case Erector
Called carton erector as well. It erects case, folds and seals bottoms with tape or hot-melt glue.
Specifications:
Erecting type: vertical or horizontal.
Sealing media: tape
Erecting capacity: max. 10 cartons/min or 25 cartons/min (depends on the case size)
Applicable case dims: 410mmW/2+H>310mm
Applicable tape width: 4.8-7.2cm
Power supply: single phase, 400 W/1.5kW
Compressed air: 6 bar
Fold-flat case storage: 50 pcs (depends on the thickness of fold-flat carton)
2. Poly Bag Inserter
Also called Case Lining Machine or Liner Placer. This poly bag inserter inserts a poly bag in a case from a roll stock film, open and cuff the bag over the case flaps, blow air to expand the bag to fit on the internal wall of case better.
The bag inserter reduces labor and material costs, is simple to operate and easy to adjust. High efficiency and labor saving.

Inserting capacity: 6-7 cartons/min
Film width: 460-840mm
Applicable case dims: L250-550*W200-400*H150-40 0mm, also can be customized
Power supply: 3 phase, 4.5 kW
Air consumption: 100 NL/min
