APPLICATION
XQ-2B Metallographic specimen mounting press machine( shorted as mounting press machine) is suitable for thermosetting plastic compaction of small metallographic specimens that are not whole shapes and difficult to take.
It is a mechanical mounting press machine, rotating the outer handwheel of the body, driving the inner wire rod of the body through a pair of bevel gears to make the lower die of the pressed sample move up and down in the rigid die sleeve, and the thermogenic plastics together with the embedded sample are formed under the heating condition.
It is equipped with a digital display temperature controller, thus realizing real-time temperature display and temperature self-setting. And it is also equipped with the timer, thus realizing the semi-automation of sample preparation, greatly improve the working efficiency. It takes 8-10 minutes to make the mounting sample smooth as a mirror.
