M-2 Universal Metallographic Specimen Grinding Machine
APPLICATION
The machine is a wet polishing machine, it uses different size of metallographic sandpaper to polish the samples of various metals and alloys. In addition to mechanical polishing instead of manual operation to improve the efficiency of sample preparation, the pregrinding machine can completely remove the plastic deformation and surface heating trace produced in the cutting process of the sample for further microstructure determination after polishing. When the pregrinding machine works, the cooling water is continuously injected into the rotating disc through the rotary water nozzle, and the sandpaper can be pressed on the disc under the action of atmospheric pressure, so that the sandpaper does not need to be bonded or clamped. The machine is equipped with a beautiful and practical FRP shell, completely using stainless steel standard parts, the body will never rust, thus greatly enhancing the performance of the product, making this machine an ideal equipment for sample pre-grinding.
