Characteristic
Safe and reliable full-automatic program operation and control, and the LED digital display screen displays the sterilization process dialog box in the whole process. The sterilization process is automatically controlled without supervision and easy to use:
The steam control temperature is 103 ~ 134 ℃, so that different types of articles can be disinfected and sterilized with appropriate working temperature.
The temperature is controlled at 50 ~ 101 ℃, so that different types of articles can be boiled at the appropriate working temperature.
It is equipped with timing display. When the sterilization temperature rises to the preselected temperature value, the timer will count down automatically. After sterilization, it will automatically relieve the pressure and exhaust the steam and cut off the heating power supply. When the steam exhaust is relieved, an alarm sound will be sent to prompt the end of the program work.
It is equipped with automatic cold air discharge device in the sterilization room to ensure the sterilization effect.
The electromechanical heating element is an immersion electric heating tube with high thermal efficiency. The power supply voltage is AC220V. It should be reliably grounded when in use.
It is equipped with overtemperature and overpressure automatic protection device:
An open safety valve is installed. During normal sterilization, the safety valve is closed. When the pressure in the sterilizer exceeds the maximum allowable use range, the safety valve can automatically start and jump to release overpressure steam. When the steam pressure in the sterilizer returns to the normal value, it can be closed automatically to ensure safe and full use.
Equipped with overheat protector. The heating power supply can be cut off automatically when water is not added or there is a lack of water during use.
It is equipped with overload leakage protector, which can automatically cut off the power supply in.
