Hemho mini Laboratory centrifuge designs YGD series centrifuge following the experimental requirements of GMP and various enterprises and institutions. It has the characteristics of compact structure, exquisite appearance, high speed, low noise, stable operation, and no basic installation. The YGD series is a closed structure. The machine adopts a flat large open cover structure. There are feeding pipes, washing pipes, sight glasses, etc., on the flip cover, which can realize online feeding (if there is a reactor, it can be directly connected to the centrifuge), and the machine runs more Stable and more beautiful. It is suitable for the environment where the material smell is strong, and the operation needs to be closed. The whole machine is stainless steel.
Application
YGD series belongs to centrifugal filtration separation, suitable for the separation of most granular materials.
It is widely used in small and medium-sized material tests in colleges, universities, scientific research units, pharmaceutical, chemical, food, fine chemical and other enterprises and institutions.
Working Principle
YGD consists of the casing, drum, base, transmission and other components. The drum operation is driven by the motor wheel through the triangular belt to drive the passive wheel for operation. For medium with high solid content, feeding is first followed by starting, while medium with high liquid content is first started followed by feeding (on-line feeding and washing functions can be realized). The material is uniformly fitted to the drum wall through the centrifugal field. The liquid phase is discharged through the filter screen through the drum filter hole, and the solid phase is kept in the drum for a long time. When the separation requirements are met, the power supply is cut off (energy consumption braking or braking device makes the drum stop), and the material is automatically stopped and discharged from the upper part manually.
