Function introduction
Oil mist detection system AIS-OMD16 is a new style monitor and control system.The system is capable of real-time monitoring a variety of oil mist inside the crankcase of diesel engine, and then to assess the state of cranking driving bearings and piston assembly.
Charaeters of the system
1.The sensor of the system uses reliable oil splash-prevention system.
2.If the sensor is contaminated or out of order, it can be detected and identified by the
system automatically.
3.Since there is no motive or mechanical part in the whole system,it greatly enhances
the service life of the system.
4. If the alarm is trigged,the alarmed diesel engine block can be confirmed directly.
5. The system can treat and analyze the oil mist and then indicate the state of the oil mist.
