Composite Operating Platform Heavy Duty Anti-slip Toothed Hot-dip Galvanized Steel Grating
Introduction:
Hot-dip galvanized steel grating is suitable for working platforms, floors, walkways, pedestrian corridors, maintenance trestle bridges, elevators, stair treads and trench covers in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, light industry, shipbuilding, power plant energy and municipal industries. It is also suitable for steel grating guardrails in civil streets, pedestrian streets, schools, shopping malls, stadiums and large public places, as well as other types of steel gratings and steel gratings. According to the requirements of the construction unit, the steel grating products with special-shaped specifications and special requirements can be processed according to the design drawings.
Parameters of steel grating:
1. Material: Q235 carbon structural steel is used for ordinary occasions, and hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion treatment. Stainless steel is used for special heavy corrosive environment.
2. Load flat steel: 25/32/40/50mm wide and 3/5mm thick.
3. 6mm square steel twisted twisted steel.
4. Spacing between longitudinal bars: 30/40/50mm.
5. Spacing between horizontal strips of twisted steel: 50/100mm.
6. Length of steel grating: 900/1000/1100/1200/1500/1800/2100/2400mm.
7. Width of steel grating: 95+30*x/125+40*x mm.
8. The shape of the top surface of the longitudinal strip: ordinary plane and non-slip toothed steel grating.
9. Manufacturing process: pressure welding steel grating.
10. For special layout occasions, such as towers and platforms, when fan-shaped or special-shaped steel gratings are used, the construction unit shall provide detailed processing drawings.
11. If the steel grating is to be drilled on-site and the flat steel needs to be reinforced, we should inform us in advance to prepare.
