A High-frequency welded pipe is also called a high-frequency straight seam welded pipe unit. It is suitable for hot rolling or cold rolling with the rigid coil (GB700-88 or GB1591-88) of plain carbon steel, such as Q195Q23516MN. Production line process: raw material (strip coil) -- feeding -- shear butt-welding (manual welding) -- storage bin -- feeding molding -- high-frequency welding -- external burr removal -- cooling water jacket -- sizing and straightening -- flying saw cutting -- blanking (manual stacking and wrapping) -- inspection -- storage

(2)Every shaft will be inspected for centering jumpiness.
(3)Every roller will be checked to make sure it's in the range of tolerance critical parts will be inspected for all dimensions.
