water well stainless steel v wire wrapped screen pipe/rod base well screens are manufactured by a v or wedge shaped wire around an internal array of longitudinal support rods.
The world advanced all-weld technology is used with each intersecting point of these wire fusion welded,which creates the robust construction and excellent mechanical performance.
The v or wedge shaped profile wire wraps around the support rods over the full length of the screen creating a continuous slot opening,hence the screen allows water (oil) to enter your well freely in ample quantities,while at the same time keeps the majority of sand and gravel out of the well.
The slots can be changed according to different strata.

1)Non-clogging construction
The V-shape section plane of wedge wire screens (Johnson type screen) creates the continuous slot, which can avoid blockage and make sure of the unimpeded water.
2)Large filtering area
The consecutive slot of wedge wire screens (Johnson type screens) has wider open area, and it can reduce the speed of the water entering to avoid the sand entering the screen under the great pressure, so it can control sand better, which can increase the water yield and prolong service time of the well.
3)Long service life
Wire and support rods are all-welded, which makes wedge wire screens (Johnson type screens ) more robust and longer life.
4)Excellent construction strength
The longitudinal support rods and the continuous slot make the wedge wire screens (Johnson type screens ) can be fabricated according to customers’ requirements.

1.All Dimensions of Well Dilling Use Stainless Steel Johnson Type Water Well Wrapped Screen will be checked by our quality inspector, and they also can be inspected by Third Party Inspections or representative appointed by buyer.
2.Wall thickness of casing is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection method, and they also be made the Ultrasonic flaw detection.
3.Do Destructive Collapse Test and collapse Strength Test before shipment.
4.If required, the casing will be made pickling and passivation treatment.
5.The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company and representative appointed by buyer.
6.The casing will be arranged the Pre-shipment Inspection if required.
