Grating Ruler Incremental Linear Scale
RUS grating ruler is an incremental 2um grating ruler designed to provide feedback for high precision linear measurement. It adopts UNIMETRO's most advanced interference grating line marking technology, and the grating line error is controlled below 40nm. It uses high strength, corrosion-resistant special stainless steel to ensure long-term stable use.
