Tandem bearings T4AR1949E consist of several axial cylindrical roller bearings arranged in line, A system of rings and washers matched to each other ensures that all stages of the tandem bearing are subjected to uniform load at all times irrespective of the ratio C/F. Single Screw Extruder Gearboxes
Single Screw Extruder gear units of Premium Transmission make are quite capable to transmit the high torque required for pressurising and plasticising moulding materials and also to absorb the high axial thrust load through built-in spherical roller thrust bearing. The axial bearing housing is standardised to accommodate suitable thrust bearings and corresponding output shafts with key are splined. The parallel shaft double reduction models – horizontal and vertical serve the characteristic requirements of the Extruder Gearbox.To incorporate the thrust screw , different thrust bearings with different bores are mounted on the output shafts (hollow) .The modular design permits the interchangeability of the parts.
Twin Screw Extruder Gearboxes
Twin Screw Drives offer the dual shaft counter rotating Extruder gear units. The twin screw extruder gearboxes both co-rotating and counter rotating variants are available. The gearboxes of the are designed for a wide range of applications and requirements, starting from the typical applications for revolutions of 290 to max. 890 rpm. to where lower revolution rates from 23 to max. 195 rpm. The range is available for various centre distances, please call to confirm. On request, also bigger versions can be built.
